Alternative Marketing channel 'Social Media Marketing' is leading the trend

I think it's possible use of Social Media to interact with our clint which really help me in the workplace.

3 important things I have learned in this workshop is deeper knowledge on Youtube, twitter and facebook, more knowledge on the usefulness and effectiveness of social media and aquired a bit of knowledge on its practical side.

Overall, its satisfactory. No further suggestion on improvement. It's very informative and educational.
