Mastermind MM Cafe is in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It was result of an idea mooted and masterminded by a group of people from various background and was incorporated in 2009. Two of them who had F&B background became the Operating Directors in charge of running the place, which has become a popular haunt for many.
MM Cafe serves value for money Western and Asian cuisine, catering mainly but not exclusively, to office executives for lunch and to a cozy family setting during evenings and dinners.
The Chef, Alan Phua, with 32 years experience under his belt, can whip up dishes on the menu in a jiffy.
MasterMind Cafe offers set Lunch, Tea and also Dinner menus for those who are in a hurry. The place has become well known for its wide range of home-made scrumptious desserts. Within six months of operation, their brownie was voted one of the Best in Malaysia by readers of The Star newspaper.
Last but not least, MM Cafe in Petaling Jaya is located in a quiet, picturesque area of Sec 17. Hence, it is the perfect place for executives who want a heavenly meal in quiet setting to discuss business with clients or catch up with work. Our Caesar's Salad with crispy romaine lettuce, hard boiled eggs, grated parmesan cheese and croutons is a healthy and tasty choice, and the Oxtail Soup served with garlic bread is a must-try.
The Spaghetti Carbonara tossed in white sauce, cheese and fresh mushrooms is satisfying, while MM Mushroom Chicken is appealing both in its look and taste. Its many textures and tastes - fresh mushrooms slices sandwiched in between two breaded and deep-fried chicken fillets, drizzled with white sauce and sauteed onion, are a delight.
If you are a fan of fresh mushrooms and beef, Beef Stroganoff with Butter Garlic Rice will not disappoint. The beef slices cooked in stock and cream can also be replaced with chicken, according to one's preference.
The Ginger Chicken Noodles from the Asian Delights section - the kuey teow drenched in thick egg and oyster sauce gravy was topped with ginger, chicken and spring onions, is like wat tan hor enhanced with the fragrance of ginger.
MM Cafe also offers a wide range of desserts from Bread & Butter Pudding, Pumpkin Pie, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Mousse, Brownies with Ice Cream, Classic Swiss Apple Pie with Ice Cream and Melt in Your Mouth Tiramisu. Every item is guaranteed to be enjoyable, with our Brownies emerging as top favourite with its rich chocolate taste among customers.
