We carry out production drum closing ring activity for Malaysia market including designing and manufacturing from our factory in Serdang, Selangor. With more than a decade of experience and expertise in this industry, we believe in long term relationship with our customers through our comprehension of our customer need and production of quality products. Our emphasis on quality control and prevention of defect through material procurement and the stage by stage process control has helped to ensure our products quality.

We make great effort to keep the quality in pace with that of the international standard especially for our closing rings produced here in Malaysia. We target 100% qualification rate for all our outgoing products and this is made possible by efforts of our technically trained employees. SMC's team strongly emphasize on "zero defect" by effective material management, employee training, planned preventive maintenance and having the good standard of quality control is our assurance to product excellence. Our staff are all highly trained professionally and our quality is assured with variable testing set to national standards.

We have been manufacturing for two decades now; drum lock rings and sheet metal components. Our products have been widely acclaimed by steel drum manufacturers in Malaysia & abroad. We also undertake design and manufacturing of any types of drum lock, lock ring and closing ring in Malaysia as per customer requirement, specification and quality.

We will then prepare the illustration as per customer's requirement and advise customer if necessary for the design concept. With our wide experience in the industry and our excellent customer service, we manage to keep many customers more than two decades with us. Some of our customers are public listed companies and multi-national companies. We also export our products to the overseas market.

Our Operating Hours is Monday-Saturday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. Sunday off.
