Sole Proprietor / Partnerships
1. Identification document of the Sole Proprietor / all Partners
2. Form A & Form D
3. 6 months' bank statement of main operating account
4. Latest Form B/BE (Income tax form) for Sole Proprietor / all Partners
5. Professional Certificate (if applicable)

Company
1. IC of directors/shareholders/guarantor
2. Board of directors' resolution
3. Memorandum & Articles of association
4. Certificate of incorporation (Form 9)
5. Form 24, 49, 44
6. 6 months' Bank statements of ALL major operating accounts
7. Latest Form B (Income tax form) of directors/shareholders /guarantors
8. Latest Audited Financial Statements
9. Personal guarantee(s) signed by director(s)/shareholder(s)
