Joncan Composites Sdn Bhd is a leading fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia, specialising in providing restaurant furniture, canteen furniture and school furniture. We have been established since 1996 and have been in the fibreglass reinforcement industry since then.
We started out as a small fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia using the basic hand skills for production to where we are today with a team of professional consultants who are experts in the industry with over 10 years of experience. We are very specific in our production process, including strict selection of materials which are imported from overseas and we take into consideration of theoretical calculation to achieve the highest level of strength precision. This includes the use of PE calculation in our process.
We aim to be a leading fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia and the region. We aim for the highest level of satisfaction from our customers, ensuring that the completed products are of highest quality, to the extend that we take strict quality verification conduct for all 3rd party materials and supplies.
We are very serious when it comes to professionalism and quality as a fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia. We leverage on technology to help us ensure quality. We have filament wiring, pultrusion as well as hand layup and we will be investing in vacuum infusion process as well as resin transfer molding process. This shows that we mean business when it comes to manufacturing quality products. Our research and development department takes the responsibility to ensure quality in our products. We also have close working relationship with several FRP manufacturing company and this provides us with the ability to meet customers' demand when it comes to quantity.
We will continue to invest in technology and aim to attain even higher level of quality in our products to satisfy our customers' expectation. As a fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia, other than producing restaurant furniture, canteen furniture or school furniture, we will leverage on new and latest technology to produce a wider range of products to meet customers' demands.
As a fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia, we produce quite a variety of fibreglass furniture, especially canteen furniture and school furniture. Our fibreglass surface top is durable, gapless, water proof, hygienic, solid and is also resistant to termites, cleaning solvent, scratch and crack. We have variety of sizes and colour to suit customers' preferences with different patterns and customers can have their logo design on the surface.
WOODEN DECO-PANEL
As a fibreglass manufacturer in Malaysia, we also manufacture fibreglass for restaurant furniture. Our wooden deco-panel is commonly used not only in restaurants but also in homes, public areas and even commercial areas as they are used for wall protection and decoration purpose. Made of high density fibreglass, the surface top is lightweight with natural wood texture and appearance; it is non-decomposable with weather proof easy installation; it is resistant to termites, water and any cleaning solvent...thus making it highly durable.

Our factory is very well equipped with latest machinery technology supported by very experienced workers looking into every single task including fabrication, modification and repair. These are all done according to our customer's preferences including dimension requirements, chemical suitability as well as the purpose of the products. We aim to deliver the best professional service at optimum efficiency and zero or minimal defects at all times, to the best of our ability.

Unlike other fibreglass manufacturer, our planter is manufactured mainly base on customization. However we have also supplied to places such as commercial area, office compound and leisure club house.

DANGA BAY ISKANDAR PROJECT
Our company constructs the fiberglass features according to the customer's designer plan. We had to fabricate the features from fiberglass, coloring and then presenting to the public.
SINGAPORE JURONG BIRD PARK / OCT 2010
We supplied naturalistic wooden texture board, parts and accessories to complete a gigantic ship at the park. The ship was designed with the purpose to create an artificial habitat for penguins. During the project, our company supplied more than 500 msq of fiberglass decor panel.
ADVANCE HOLDING (SINGAPORE) / APRIL 2011
Our company fabricates 3 units of tank, all at 6 meter tall. We are responsible to install flanges, man hole, safety cages and ladder. The tank design was manufactured according to accurate PE calculation, in terms of the thickness and chemical resistance. This tank is fabricate from filament wiring, and has the capability to fabricate up to 3.6 meter diameter.
