Since 1973, Thye Huat Chan has been one of the largest food suppliers in Malaysia, providing food ingredients and consumer foods. We are also a leading beans supplier and starch supplier in Malaysia. We carry flour and starches, nuts and seeds, beans and pulses, grains, perishables, sweeteners, spices and herbs, consumer foods, food enhancers and dry fruits from more than 30 countries.
Our 3000 direct customers include foodstuff manufacturers, wholesale distributors, modern supermarkets and hypermarkets, grocery stores and paper industry manufacturers.
In order to meet our aim to be a quality food supplier in Malaysia, we manage our own fleet of transportation for more efficient distribution across Malaysia. We also offer a variety of warehousing services and packaging solutions designed to meet the existing and emerging needs of the food industry.

Repacking and House Brand Packing
As food supplier, we provide custom packing solutions for house brands. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with fully automatic and advance packing machinery for grain, flour and bean-type foodstuff.
Food Processing
We provide processing of foodstuff such as colour sorting, size sorting, quality screening and other related services using our advance machinery operated by the most experienced and best trained personnel in the industry.
Warehousing and Cold Room Storage
We provide dry warehousing and refrigerated storage solutions for all halal foodstuffs.
Our multi-level warehouse in Kuala Lumpur houses 5 individual advance coldrooms with total capacity of 3618 metric ton and a dry and ventilated storage space measuring some 90,000 square feet. Temperature and humidity levels of the coldrooms are adjustable for optimal storage condition.
Our warehouses are equipped with modern and heavy-duty material handling equipment and systems, and are managed by an experienced team. Our warehouses are also secured with 24-hour surveillance cameras and security personnel.
Modified Starch Consultation
We are one of the few Malaysian food ingredient suppliers to provide in-depth expertise in modified starch. Our customers include food and paper manufacturers in Malaysia and other countries.
