Social media especially Facebook will be useful in my daily work. This workshop can be improve by giving more time for Facebook as it is important link. I have learned blueprint for mapping, social media available and power of its syndication and the end of 1st workshop so the audience have an idea of what is expected. In general, it is good. Yes, I will recommend this workshop for those that wants to use the synergy of social media in their marketing.
