Learned the CTPM process, search engine optimization and social media optimization

Search engine optimization and tactics regrading optimization use of social media for business are the areas of the workshop that will be useful in my daily work.

The handouts is too small perhaps 2 per page but print on both side to save paper. The most important things I have learned are CTPM process, search engine optimization and social media optimization.
