Training Approach
Falcon Training has three options to help clients enhance the competitiveness and productivity of their corporation team in any types of the management training in Hong Kong and China:
1. Business-Result Approach:
- Pre-Training Analysis is carried out before any training program is determined. Our consultants will meet with decision-makers, team leaders, managers and even the participants.
- Training path and programs will then be recommended and focused on affecting the Performance and Business outcomes of the participants.
- Post Training Analysis commences one month and/or three months after every training program.
2. Training Follow Through Approach:
- Training path and programs are standard or require minimal customisation. This is usually a one, two or three-day training program.
- Post Training Follow-Through commences one month after our training program. This is a focus group session where the consultant finds out about the participants' experiences, challenges and successes after the corporate training course.
3. Standard Training Approach:
- Training path and programs are standard or require minimal customisation. This is usually a one, two or three-day program.
