NPQ 4-Step Marketing Reengineering Process

Our certified NPQ Business Coaches will work with the client to analyze the existing marketing strategies and processes by doing a marketing audit. The NPQ Marketing Audit is the first step in the NPQ 4-Step Marketing Reengineering Process.



The NPQ Marketing Audit consists of 108 questions covering 6 business areas:-

• Supply Chain

It is used by Fortune 500 companies, and have been adapted for SMEs. The NPQ Marketing Audit will also cover Marketing Physics, Marketing Mathematics, as well as a Website Marketing Audit.

NPQ Programs

Based on the NPQ Marketing Audit findings, our professionally-trained NPQ Business Coaches will be able to identify gaps in the client's marketing strategies & processes, and make appropriate recommendations targeted to increase the bottom line. The client will have the choice to decide one of the following implementation tracks:-

1) NPQ Application Workshop

This is a "Do-It-Yourself" Track for clients with some internal implementation capabilities. The client attends with an assistant for a 2+2 days hands-on workshop to perform Marketing Re-engineering and learn the framework and tactical implementation of a Social Media Marketing System. After the workshop, group coaching will be conducted by a certified NPQ Business Coach, so that the client can effective apply the knowledge to his business.

2) NPQ Optimization Project

This is a "Do-It-For-You" Track for clients who wants to quickly perform marketing re-engineering and implement social media marketing in a most time effective manner. The NPQ Coach will perform a NPQ Marketing Audit to understand the scope of the project, perform Marketing Re-engineering and then build the Net Profit Marketing^TM System for clients.

These 2 tracks cater to different clients with different budgets and time commitments. Whichever the implementation tracks, the NPQ Business Coach will work with the client to develop an effective functional social media-driven Net Profit Marketing^TM System.
