The NPQ Optimization Project (NOP) is a Design, Build, Operate & Maintain Project to implement a social media marketing system that attracts new clients and builds a community of loyal customers.

The NPQ Optimization Project (NOP) is an IT implemntation project that qualifies for Singapore government grants, such as Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme (LETAS) from SPRING Singapore.

There are 3 main parts to NPQ Optimization Project:-

1) Marketing Reengineering Process
2) Social Media Marketing System
3) Marketing Consulting & Social Media Participation

Design: Marketing Reengineering

The 4-step NPQ Marketing Reengineering Process helps the client to clarify marketing objectives, plan marketing strategies, execute marketing tactics and measure the marketing results.



SENSING:
Conduct NPQ Marketing Audit on the client's business to define the target market and business objectives to be achieved. It is used by Fortune 500 companies, and have been adapted for SMEs.

PLANNING:
Strategize and perform Marketing Physics to derive overt benefit, reason to believe and dramatic difference.

IMPLEMENTING:
Based on the findings of NPQ Marketing Audit and Marketing Physics, identify and select the tactical social media platforms which the target market are on, to build a social media-driven marketing system.

REFLECTING:
Perform Marketing Mathematics to measure the ROI of marketing effort against business objectives, and make consistent improvements to the social media marketing system.

Build: Social Media Marketing System

After performing Marketing Reengineering, we then proceed to build and setup the social media marketing assets to participate in the 3 areas of social media:- Content, Conversations & Community.

CONTENT: Marketing Hub
A master keyword list of carefully researched 300 to 500 words is created. The keywords are analysed for demand, competition and profitability, and the site content blueprint is developed by strategic selection of keywords. Based on the site content blueprint, a marketing-centric content hub with 31-pages of content optimized for major search engines is built, with the aim to attract free targeted traffic from the search engines.

CONVERSATIONS: Primary, Secondary, Syndication & Aggregation Networks
Setting up and optimizing Primary networks, Secondary networks, Syndication networks & Aggregation networks, to listen, learn and participate in conversations with your target market.

COMMUNITY: Private Branded Social Networking Platform
Building a private branded social networking platform to engage your target market and/or existing customers, so that you can build a community for referral business.

Operate & Maintain: Marketing Consulting & Social Media Participation

Once the social media marketing system is build, the final stage of the NPQ Optimization Project (NOP) is to the 6-month attachment of an NPQ Business Coach to your organization, to ensure smooth system run-in.

The NPQ Business Coach will provide marketing consultancy to formulate, evaluate and improve marketing campaigns on social media.

You also have the option to have NPQ participate in social media on your behalf, based on engagement policies you specified.
