NPQ Programmes:

NPQ Programmes cater to clients with different budgets and time commitments. For both of the NPQ Programmes below, the NPQ Business Coach will work with the client to perform NPQ Marketing Reengineering^TM and develop an effective functional social media-driven NPQ Marketing System^TM to attract more clients, close more sales and generate more referrals.

Certificate in Social Media (Marketing/PR)

This is a "Do-It-Yourself" Track for clients with some internal implementation capabilities. The participant attends a 2+2 days hands-on workshop and 3 evening classroom sessions to perform Marketing Re-engineering and learn the framework and tactical implementation of a Social Media Marketing System.

After the workshop, group coaching will be conducted by a certified NPQ Business Coach, so that the participant can effective apply the knowledge to his business. The participant will then submit an assignment and a project.

Upon completion of the programme, the participant will be awarded the "Certificate in Social Media" by International Professional Managers Association (IPMA), UK.

NPQ Optimization Project (Design + Build, Operate + Maintain)

This is a "Do-It-For-You" Track for clients who wants an NPQ Business Coach to perform Marketing Re-engineering and implement Social Media Marketing in a most time effective manner.

The NPQ Business Coach will conduct a NPQ Marketing Audit^TM to understand the scope of the project, perform NPQ Marketing Re-engineering^TM and implement the NPQ Marketing System^TM for clients.

After the project is being implemented, the NPQ Business Coach is attached to the client's organization to measure results, review progress and suggest improvements.
