interested to fix vynil flooring

hi, may i know if i need to remove my old parkay flooring before i install any vynil flooring? the floor of my living room has some slopes, will this effect the vynil flooring , or can you do something to make it level. if yes, how much will it cost me altogether, for a 350-400 sq feet living room?

need advice

bedroom-now carpeted over parquat. want to remove carpet but room newly painted and don't want to dirty it. carpet not suited for ashmatic tenant. Want a flooring which is nice, durable, econmical and easy to clean. Don't like wood. Your advice appreciated. How much if want it to be fixed by you?
