Where is the Stock Market Heading?

The stock market has a strong rebound since March 2009. Is the financial crisis over?

Don't be misled by the recent bull run since March 2009. The financial crisis is far from over. If one study the characteristics of the past stock market crashes, one will realize that there are multiple BEAR RALLY before the actual recovery can take place.

Let's be REAL. We all recognize that this is the worst crisis since the Great Depression which started in Oct 1929. It takes approx. 25 years for the market to go back to the top level. Will it takes 25 years to clear up the current mess in the Wall Street? I don't think it will take that long but my personal opinion is that it will definitely take longer than this year!

Today, the world is still burden by all the TOXIC ASSETS that are unsold and unresolved. Hiding the problems and maintaining positivism will not solve the problem.

DOW Jones should rise above 9,000 points soon. Thereafter, a multiple stream of crashes is likely to occur. Volatility is going to be high again and we will see stock market swing widely. Market up one day and down the next day.

Today, US$ is a derivative of DEBTS!!!

In the 1970s, the Bailout is in Millions.

In the 1990s, the Bailout is in Billions.

Today, the Bailout is in Quad Trillions!!!

In my personal opinion, a BIG Financial BUBBLE is being formed.....
